Leaving town
For our last night, we went back for an impromptu dance party with the kids to wear them (and ourselves) out before bedtime. We got some Christmas music on the stereo and Rudolphed and Jingle Belled through the humid evening.

Daniel and his perpetual posse. The one on his back is called something like Ching Chong, and he was Daniel's buddy.

This little girl was my favorite-- an exuberant 4-year old named Thibapawn. If I could take one with me, she would be the one!

A sayonara enkai at Beer Chang followed, though we were all up bright and early in the morning to catch the bus to Bangkok.

April, Daniel, and I (and Abijit's flowing locks) zipped into town on the Baan Unrak tuk-tuk.

Roommates going safari-wild on the cosmic bus!

One final shot of the school with Richard L. On to the rest of Thailand...

So wrong it's right. And then wrong. And then wrong again... welcome to the inaka.
